Hosting Thanksgiving? 🍂 Mix up the holiday vibes with our Pumpkin Batch Margarita—a festive twist on a classic, crafted by @iveychilders. Perfect for sharing, this crowd-pleaser blends warm pumpkin spice with the bold, smooth flavors of Southbound Tequila. Cheers to making hosting extra easy this year! 🥂

Pumpkin Batch Margarita:
Ingredients:
• 1 bottle Southbound Tequila Blanco
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup Cointreau
• Pumpkin simple syrup (recipe below)
• 2 cups of ice (for dilution)
• Cinnamon sticks and orange slices (for garnish)

Pumpkin Simple Syrup:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup agave syrup
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions: Mix simple syrup ingredients together.

Cocktail Batch Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher or directly in the drink dispenser, combine the tequila, lime juice, and Cointreau and pumpkin simple syrup.
2. Add the ice for dilution and stir well to chill and combine.
3. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange slices on top.
4. Serve and enjoy your festive pumpkin margaritas!

PEPPERMINT MOCHA ESPRESSO MARTINI INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Espresso
1/2 oz Coffee Cream Liqueur
1/2 oz Creme De Menthe (White)
2 oz Southbound Reposado
3/4 oz Chocolate Simple Syrup* (Recipe Below)

SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Light Blue Agave Syrup
1/2 cup Water
Sprinkle of Fleur de Sel
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

SIMPLE SYRUP INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all together with a whisk or frother until smooth.

PEPPERMINT MOCHA ESPRESSO MARTINI INSTRUCTIONS:
Measure all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
Dip martini glass rim into chocolate sauce, and then into crushed peppermint.
Strain into your peppermint rim martini glass.
Finish with 3 espresso beans.
Enjoy!

WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT POPCORN INGREDIENTS:
11/2 cups Popped Popcorn
11/2 oz White Chocolate, melted
Crushed Peppermint Candy, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, stirring gently to coat evenly.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the popcorn, tossing lightly to distribute.
Spread the popcorn on a lined baking sheet, allowing the white chocolate to harden for less mess.
Enjoy!
