Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini from Cozy Nights In with Erin Cahill

PEPPERMINT MOCHA ESPRESSO MARTINI INGREDIENTS: 2 oz Espresso 1/2 oz Coffee Cream Liqueur 1/2 oz Creme De Menthe (White) 2 oz Southbound Reposado 3/4 oz Chocolate Simple Syrup* (Recipe Below)
SIMPLE SYRUP INGREDIENTS: 1/4 cup Dark Cocoa Powder 1/4 cup Light Blue Agave Syrup 1/2 cup Water Sprinkle of Fleur de Sel 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
SIMPLE SYRUP INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all together with a whisk or frother until smooth.
PEPPERMINT MOCHA ESPRESSO MARTINI INSTRUCTIONS: Measure all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cold. Dip martini glass rim into chocolate sauce, and then into crushed peppermint. Strain into your peppermint rim martini glass. Finish with 3 espresso beans. Enjoy!
WHITE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT POPCORN INGREDIENTS: 11/2 cups Popped Popcorn 11/2 oz White Chocolate, melted Crushed Peppermint Candy, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS: Place the popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, stirring gently to coat evenly. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the popcorn, tossing lightly to distribute. Spread the popcorn on a lined baking sheet, allowing the white chocolate to harden for less mess. Enjoy!
