Southbound Aperol Sour

Recipe:
  • 1 ounce Aperol (30g)  
  • 1/4 ounce agave (8g) 
  • 3/4 ounce fresh Lemon juice (22g) 
  • 1/2 ounce water (15g) 
  • 1 1/2 ounces Southbound Tequila Blanco or Reposado (43g)
  • 1/4 ounce egg whites (8g)  
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. (Dry shake or use a frother tool to mix and to get egg white frothy). After frothy, add plenty of ice and shake for 30 seconds. Use a bar strainer to pour into a glass. Cheers.
