- ½ - ¾ ounce strawberry juice from 2 muddles strawberries
- ¼ ounce cacao liqueur
- ¼ ounce Cointreau
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ¼ ounce agave
- 1 ounce rose water
- 1 ½ ounce Southbound Reposado
- Add some dried roses to the water and let infuse while mixing all other ingredients.
- Muddle fresh strawberries to get strawberry juice.
- Add all other ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake until cold.
- Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with dried roses and pair with chocolate covered strawberries.
