Chocolate Peppermint Martini
- 2 oz Plant Milk or Water
- 2 oz Southbound Tequila Reposado
- Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour into a cocktail glass garnished with ganache and peppermint bits.
- 2 ozPeppermint Chocolate Simple Syrup:
- 1/4 Cup Agave
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Dark Cacao
- Sprinkle of Fluer de Sel Salt
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Peppermint
