- 6 oz of skin off tomatoes
- 4 oz water
- 1 oz of fresh orange (usually half a navel orange)
- 1 oz of fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz of Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ oz of gluten free low sodium tamari
- 2 small slices of jalapeno
- 2 small sticks of chopped celery
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp of garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp of pepper
- 4oz Southbound Reposado
- Beginning with tomatoes, place all ingredients other than tequila into a glass bar pitcher. Mix with an immersion blender. Add Reposado, stir with a bar spoon and pour into ice-filled Tajin-lined glasses. Garnish however you like, go simple with a celery stick or wild with it!
