Triple Threat Thyme

  • ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice 
  • ½ oz fresh orange juice 
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • ¼ oz light blue agave 
  • ½ oz water 
  • ⅛ elderflower liqueur 
  • 1 ½ oz Southbound Reposado 
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice- shake until cold. 
  • Rim half glass with salt and garnish with sliced citrus and a sprig of thyme. 
  • For mocktail versions exclude alcohol and fill with club soda.
