Añejo Maple Sour

Recipe:
- 1/2 ounce Fresh lemon juice
- Three big dashes of aromatics
- Three dashes black walnut bitters
- ½ ounce maple syrup
- ½ ounce water
- 2 ounces anejo
- 1 egg white (Or ¾ ounce)
- More dashes of walnut bitters
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a fig
- Add all ingredients to a shaker. Give a dry shake use a frother til you see foam, then add ice and give another shake. Serve over a rocks glass. Enjoy!
