Añejo Maple Sour

  • 1/2 ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • Three big dashes of aromatics
  • Three dashes black walnut bitters
  • ½ ounce maple syrup
  • ½ ounce water
  • 2 ounces anejo
  • 1 egg white (Or ¾ ounce)
  • More dashes of walnut bitters
  • Garnish with grated nutmeg and a fig
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker. Give a dry shake use a frother til you see foam, then add ice and give another shake. Serve over a rocks glass. Enjoy!
