- 1 1/2 oz unsweetened plant milk
- 1 1/2 oz pumpkin purée
- 1 oz Allspice simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 oz Reposado
- 3 Dashes black walnut bitters
- Sprinkle of Maldon Salt
- Grated cinnamon and Star Anise for garnish
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well.
- Pour through a strainer into your serving glass to separate the thick pumpkin components.
- Grate some fresh nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick!
- For extra sweet tooth lovers, top with whipped cream.
