Frothy Pumpkin Cocktail

Recipe:
  • 1 1/2 oz unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 1/2 oz pumpkin purée
  • 1 oz Allspice simple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 oz Reposado
  • 3 Dashes black walnut bitters
  • Sprinkle of Maldon Salt
  • Grated cinnamon and Star Anise for garnish
  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well.
  • Pour through a strainer into your serving glass to separate the thick pumpkin components.
  • Grate some fresh nutmeg and garnish with a cinnamon stick!
  • For extra sweet tooth lovers, top with whipped cream.
