The Apple Cider Martini

Recipe:
  • 1 1/4 ounce of fresh apple juice
  • ½ ounce of cider syrup 15g -
  • 1/4 ounce 8 - 11g of lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 ounce of Southbound Blanco
  • Allspice, simple syrup (1 cup water, 3 cinnamon sticks, 2 tsp whole cloves,½ whole nutmeg, 60g Agave (2 ounces)
  • Start out by making the simple syrup 15 minutes. Let it cool while juicing an apple. Measure out all ingredients and shake. Thinly slice an apple and skewer. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
